Esther began working as a representative at scientific companies such as Thermo Fisher Scientific and Bio-Strategy, providing laboratory solutions for Universities, Hospitals and Research Centres. In 2021, she made jump to follow her passion in the IVF industry by going back to study, completing her Master of Clinical Embryology in 2021 and joining No.1.

As a member of the No.1 laboratory team Esther works hard to ensure every single aspect of the embryo culture environment is constantly monitored using the most comprehensive and precise technologies available to provide the absolute best chance for every embryo.
