At No.1 Fertility, we are an independent, doctor led IVF clinic where the people caring for you each day are the same people guiding every decision we make. We do not have an external board or corporate investors, so our focus is never on shareholders, it is always on you.

Treatment Costs - As of September 2025 VIC & NSW
At No.1 Fertility, costs associated with fertility treatments can vary, as each person’s circumstances and needs are slightly different. Your cycle fee covers all essential treatment and support from start to finish.
This includes care from our dedicated clinical and non-clinical teams, required pre-treatment counselling (as per state regulations) and short-term supportive counselling during treatment, in-house blood tests and ultrasounds for consistency and continuity of care, all necessary laboratory and scientific procedures, regular updates from our embryologists, and access to advanced technologies such as EmbryoScope, Continuous Culture Medium with antioxidants, Electronic Identity System, and Embryo Glue at no extra cost. Your fee also covers specialist procedures for egg collection and embryo transfer, embryo freezing (vitrification) of any excess embryos with the first six months’ storage free, and financial guidance to help you access Medicare rebates and payment options.

Third Party Estimated Costs - Day Surgery, Anaesthetist and Medication – VIC & NSW
Day surgery theatre admission costs are payable in addition to No.1 Fertility cycle fees. These fees are often covered by private health insurance; however, we recommend confirming with your insurer whether your policy includes cover for IVF procedures.
For more information about hospital fees and charges, please contact the relevant service provider directly. For egg collection procedures, the applicable Medicare item number is 13212.
Embryo transfer procedures typically take place in our clinic unless anaesthetic is required. This approach helps keep costs down for our patients by avoiding additional hospital admission and bed fees.
