Lily is a strong foundation to the genetic counselling team, having been the clinical assistant for a few years now. She previously spent a year as a laboratory technician after graduating from The University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Science majoring in genetics. Alongside her studies, Lily has volunteered for support helplines and has multiple years of experience in customer service through retail and hospitality opportunities giving her useful skills to support our patients.

With a combination of patient-focused care, customer service experience and genetics university knowledge, Lily is able to utilise these skills and work with her team to ensure the highest standard of care is given to all patients. She is additionally committed to ongoing training and hopefully an extended future career in IVF as she is currently studying the Master of Genetic Counselling at The University of Melbourne.
