Lily is somewhat fresh onto the scene of IVF and the reproductive industry, previously spending a year as a laboratory technician after graduating from The University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Science majoring in genetics. Alongside her studies, Lily has multiple years of experience in customer service through retail and hospitality opportunities.

With a combination of patient-focused care and customer service experience alongside her genetics university knowledge, Lily is able to utilise these skills and work with her team to ensure the highest standard of care is given to all patients. She is additionally committed to ongoing training and hopefully even an extended future career in IVF with an aim to pursue the master of genetic counselling and ongoing external volunteer work with a support helpline.
