Entrusting your eggs, sperm and embryos to an IVF laboratory is one of the greatest acts of trust you can make.

Electronic Witnessing
We use the RI Witness® electronic witnessing system to electronically identify and verify your eggs, sperm and embryos throughout every critical laboratory procedure. This provides an additional layer of protection, helping ensure every specimen remains matched to the correct patient.
Independent Verification
All critical laboratory procedures are independently verified by two qualified embryologists in accordance with strict laboratory protocols. If there is ever any uncertainty, the procedure stops immediately until the issue has been resolved. Patient safety always comes first.

Our people are our greatest safeguard. Our embryologists undergo ongoing training, competency assessments and professional development, supported by a culture where every team member is encouraged to speak up if something doesn't seem right.
A Reliable Laboratory
Our purpose-built laboratory is designed to provide a stable environment for embryo development. Critical systems, including temperature, gas concentrations and cryostorage, are continuously monitored. To provide additional protection, the laboratory is supported by an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and two independent backup generators.
