Time-Lapse Incubation

The first few days of embryo development provide valuable information. That's why every embryo created at No.1 Fertility is cultured in a time-lapse incubator.

Unlike traditional assessment, where embryos are periodically removed from the incubator for examination, time-lapse technology continuously captures high-resolution images while your embryos remain safely within a stable, carefully controlled environment. This allows our embryologists to observe every stage of development without unnecessary handling or disruption.

By reviewing an embryo's complete developmental journey, our embryologists gain valuable information about its growth and developmental milestones that may not be available through conventional assessments alone.

Time-lapse incubation is only one part of the process. Every embryo is individually assessed by our experienced embryologists, who combine time-lapse observations with established embryology principles and, where appropriate, artificial intelligence-assisted analysis to help determine the most suitable embryo for transfer or cryopreservation.

While no technology can guarantee pregnancy, time-lapse incubation enables us to gather more information while maintaining the stable conditions that are so important during embryo development.
