Justine began her career in healthcare working in a physiotherapy practice while completing her post graduate studies.

During her studies she conducted research into the pathways of sperm capacitation (the ‘maturation’ a sperm must go through before it can fertilise an egg) and ways in which this could be supported within the laboratory.

Since joining No.1 in 2020 Justine has already completed her first research project, submitting her work on improving the accuracy of temperature monitoring in the laboratory to the Fertility Society of Australia and New Zealand annual meeting in 2021.
