Morgan completed her Bachelor in Science, majoring in Medical Science at the University of Technology, Sydney. She went on to complete a Master of Genetic Counselling at the University of Sydney and immediately began working across both clinical and research roles, providing genetic counselling in prenatal and general adult/paediatric genetics, while also researching the impacts of rare genetic disease and intellectual disability on families.

Morgan has significant experience in general and prenatal genetics settings, giving her a strong foundation in genetic counselling within reproductive contexts. She has also acted as a specialist genetic counsellor in adult metabolic genetics. Prior to No. 1 Fertility, Morgan was acting as the Senior Genetic Counsellor at the Department of Clinical Genetics, Liverpool Hospital, where she provided counselling across prenatal, paediatric and adult genetics, coordinated multidisciplinary and specialty clinics, and delivered genetics education to medical specialists and GPs.

Morgan appreciates that genetic counselling offers the opportunity to see things from many different perspectives, and she is passionate about supporting people to make decisions that truly align with their own values and plans. She is excited to bring this person-centred approach, along with her broad clinical experience, to the IVF and PGT space in the No.1 Fertility team.
