No.1 Fertility is a doctor-owned and doctor-led fertility clinic.

That means treatment decisions are made by fertility specialists focused on patient care — not corporate structures or shareholder expectations. Our goal is to provide high-quality fertility treatment with transparent pricing and fewer unnecessary costs along the way..

Comparative Costs

At No. 1 Fertility we want you to feel fully informed when exploring treatment options. We encourage you to look at other clinics and compare costs so you can choose the approach that feels right for you. To help with that we have gathered publicly available information from major clinic websites and put it together for you to review.

The key difference is our doctor led model with no large shareholder distribution, allowing more accessible fertility care without compromising clinical quality.

At No.1 Fertility, costs associated with fertility treatments can vary, as each person’s circumstances and needs are slightly different. Your cycle fee covers all essential treatment and support from start to finish.

This includes care from our dedicated clinical and non-clinical teams, required pre-treatment counselling (as per state regulations) and short-term supportive counselling during treatment, in-house blood tests and ultrasounds for consistency and continuity of care, all necessary laboratory and scientific procedures, regular updates from our embryologists, and access to advanced technologies such as EmbryoScope, Continuous Culture Medium with antioxidants, Electronic Identity System, and Embryo Glue at no extra cost. Your fee also covers specialist procedures for egg collection and embryo transfer, embryo freezing (vitrification) of any excess embryos with the first six months’ storage free, and financial guidance to help you access Medicare rebates and payment options.
