Stimulated IVF/Egg Freeze Cycles
If a stimulated cycle is cancelled prior to egg collection, No.1 Fertility will claim a cancelled cycle with Medicare on your behalf. Your cycle credit will remain unaffected.
In the event that you proceed with your egg collection and either no eggs are collected or the eggs fail to develop/fertilize the cycle is charged to the point of completion.
Egg and Embryo Thaw Cycles
If a thaw cycle is cancelled prior to egg/embryo thawing, No.1 Fertility will claim a cancelled cycle with Medicare on your behalf. Your cycle credit will remain unaffected.
If the cycle proceeds to the thawing process the cycle is charged to the point of completion.
IUI Cycles
If an IUI cycle is cancelled prior to sperm preparation or thawing, No.1 Fertility will claim a cancelled cycle with Medicare on your behalf. Your cycle credit will remain unaffected.
If the cycle proceeds to the sperm preparation/thawing process the cycle is charged to the point of completion.
*Please note if you are in-eligible for Medicare a cancellation fee will be charged.

A $500 cancellation fee and 3 working days notice is required.*

If two consecutive cycles are cancelled, a cancellation fee will apply. Please see table below:
