 At No. 1 Fertility, we understand that embarking on fertility treatment can be both emotionally and financially challenging.

That’s why we’re committed to offering a range of payment options tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.

Our dedicated Accounts Team is here to help you navigate your treatment costs and find the best payment plan to suit your requirements.

1 – Direct Transfer

Patients can make a payment via direct transfer using the No.1 Fertility Accounts details. There are no fees incurred when making a direct transfer.

2 – Debit and Credit Card

Pay conveniently in-clinic or over the phone (03 9123 9600 – choosing option 3 for Accounts) using VISA, Mastercard, or American Express. No fees or surcharges apply for debit or credit card payments.

3 – Accessing Superannuation

Patients may be able to access their superannuation on compassionate grounds to assist in paying for fertility treatment. This option may allow you to release your super for you or a dependent.

Please note, the accounts team can assist in providing a treatment quote for your application but is not specifically trained in matters relating to superannuation.

4 – ZIP MONEY

No.1 Fertility has teamed up with ZipMoney to help make treatment more accessible, allowing you to spread the cost of fertility treatment over a 6 or 12 month period, interest free*.

Please note, there is a 2% administrative fee per transaction.

Costs not covered by the Zip Account include:

  • Ongoing storage Fees
  • Treatment costs not managed within the clinic (may include: Hospital Admission fees, Anesthetist Fees, and Medications)
