Debit and Credit Card

Pay conveniently in-clinic or over the phone (03 9132 9600) using VISA, Mastercard, or American Express. No fees or surcharges apply for debit or credit card payments.

Direct Transfer

Patients can make a payment via direct transfer using the No.1 Fertility Accounts details. There are no fees incurred when making a direct transfer.
 

Accessing Superannuation for Treatment

Patients may be eligible to access their superannuation on compassionate grounds to help cover the cost of fertility treatment. This option is available for treatment relating to you or a dependent, and applications are assessed through the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

Accessing your super to fund IVF or other fertility treatments is a personal financial decision, and we encourage patients to seek independent advice before proceeding.

• At Number 1 Fertility, our Accounts team can help guide you through the process by:
  Preparing a Superannuation Quote specific to your treatment plan and cycle.
• Explaining how using your super does not affect your Medicare rebates — you will still receive the full applicable Medicare refund.
• Advising on options for using your partner’s superannuation toward treatment costs, if eligible.
