In the late afternoon of March 22, blue-eyed, blonde-haired Eli Michael Resnik made his entry into the world oblivious to the history-making nature of his birth.
Eli is the first biological child born to a single man in Victoria through local surrogacy. His father, Shaun Resnik, was the first such man to be given official approval by the state government to have a baby under strict surrogacy laws last year.
